Dr. Smith and his staff are the consummate professionals! And they are all incredibly warm and inviting. Making the decision to do any sort of procedure on one’s face can be stressful and overwhelming, but they do an excellent job of listening, explaining, and reassuring you as you make these decisions. I have been seeing Dr. Smith and his team for 20 years for various small things. Now I’m 48 and finally made the decision to do an upper and lower blepharoplasty. I was so worried that I would look like a different person! But in the end, I looked just like myself, only rested and a bit younger. (Even my best friend couldn’t tell I had it done! She just told me I looked fabulous and couldn’t pinpoint what was different.) Hilary Ching is also incredible. She truly cares about her clients and is constantly improving her craft. In a world where everyone seems to look the same – and frozen or “done, ” she makes you look like a better version of yourself. I adore her and love her work. I would only trust Dr. Smith and Hilary Ching with my face. They are true artists.
